WCF stands for World Collectible Figure. WCF is mainly Banpresto's prize item. I am not how the they were sold or obtained in Japan. I bought this item from Japan. I heard some people said you have to win the lottery to obtain WCF figures but heard some people can pre-order them. The size for each figure stands at around 9cm tall.
This is what you get after open the box. Display stand is provided.
