~ Maisto Dodge Challenger 2008 SRT (1/64)

Dodge Challenger is one of my favourite American muscle car. I like the orange paint on this car.

There are many details on this Dodge. I had added yellow paint on the fog lamps.

It has black painted sunroof.

The sport rims are simply awesome !!! Black panel lining was applied to this car to let you have a better view on those details.

Silver paint was applied to the exhaust pipes. Maisto has improved their manufacturing quality and details. I mean as you can see the car has less rough edges and smoother paint job compared to previous release. Maisto, keep up the good work ;)

In comparison with Hot Wheels 1971 Dodge Challenger SRT . Big difference in size :)

~ NEWS: G.I. JOE Great Deal

Yesterday, I purchased one single-pack of G.I.Joe and a 4-pack G.I.Joe figures for almost half price at Toys 'R' Us (TRU) which are Target and TRU exclusives item. There are few more types of limited 3-pack and 4pack figures which was selling at RM89.90 and RM109.90 if I am not mistaken. Now selling at half price as well. Sorry I am unable to list out the name of those packs as I am not really collecting 3" figures. I bought the 4-pack (RM49.90 for 4 exclusive figures !!!) because Snakes Eyes is inside there and the single pack (RM19.90) Cobra soldier (Snow serpent) looks cool !!! Haha xD

Snow Serpent !!! Cool ~

~ Transformers Animated Optimus Prime (McDonald)

I think its has been more then 10 years I didn't buy any McD toys since the release of Snoopy world tour figures. The packaging of McD toy still looks the same. ;) The instructions are printed on the front packaging. The figure is made by Hasbro, China. I bought this Optimus last 3 days ago. I am suprised that the figures are sold out at nearby McD. Luckily, I still able to get him together with the Bumblebee. The McD staff actually got "stunned" initially when I said I want to buy the Optimus Prime figure only instead of McValue Meal. xD

The paintjob is good and plastic is more durable then Transformers movie line. Hmm, i wonder why ? ~~~ Maybe Hasbro concerns about kids safety.

OP :"Autobot transform !!!"

The details on this figure looks good but overall he looks kinda "bricky" like Lego. His height is approximately 11.5cm/ 4.6" tall. The transformation is easy but solid. Basically, the transformation is using "click" technique that can minimise the joints to get loose. The painjob on his head is "rough"and dusty for a new figure ??? The only articulations are his elbow joints, flips up and down in 180 degrees. Well, I can't complain much as it only cost me RM3.

There is an Autobot logo located on the pink dot shown in photo below. Unfortunately, my camera is unable to "see" it. Hasbro used some sort of "rubber-ish" paint to paint OP face. I hope kids won't go and chew his head as the paint seems to be easily chip off. Ouch !!!

I think I have missed out the sideview and size comparison photos. I will add on these photos together with the McD Bumblebee.

~ NEWS: McDonald's Transformers

McDonald (Malaysia) now is offering new toys for kids and collectors beginning 28th January until 24th February. The toys are from Transformers Animated series and Littlest Petshop. The Transformers characters offered in this Happy Meal promotion are Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ratchet and Megatron. Optimus Prime and Ratchet mold look good to me. I heard that the toy alone cost RM3 each if you don't want to get the Happy meal set. Tomorrow, I gonna head down to the nearest McD to have my lunch :D
