~ Transformers Prime AM-14 Vehicon (Robot mode)

Let's continue the review on the robot mode.

Side view.

Back view.

I like his face design looks cool. A Decepticon logo sticker suppose to be attached on the chest.

Size comparison with Megatron AM-05.

The arm micron. I am not sure what is this "animal"? It looks like dog for me.

It can transform to blaster gun.

Let's rock and roll!!!

I prefer this RID/ AM version over the First edition. First edition looks stiff while this RID version looks more alive. It can do many great pose and looks more accurate.it is worth the price that you paid.

~ Transformers Prime AM-14 Vehicon Vehicle mode (Part 1)

This is the Takara version of RID Vehicon, deluxe class. This is a hot item among Transformers Prime fans.

The box art.

The vehicle mode is very sexy and sport. Many people prefer Hasbro version as it has more paint details on both vehicle and robot modes. Transparent headlamps are great detail for the car.

Do you think the car design looks like Batmobile? The rims design is very nice.

Bottom of the car.

Other than the Transformers itself, these are the contents of the box including stickers sheet, arm micron parts, catalog and 2 instruction manuals.

More coming soon....stay tune!!!

~ Collector's terms: What is MISB, MIB and BIB?

I am writing this article based on my experience on collecting toys and other collectors. I have seen many people asked the terms like MISB, MIB and BIB. These are basically short forms used by collectors to describe condition of an item mostly for toys. So, what does these terms means? It is shown as the following.

  1. MISB = Mint in sealed box. Item is brand new, box is still sealed with manufacturer tape or plastic bag. Some people may use MOSC (Mint on sealed card) which is has the similar meaning to MISB. The difference between MISB and MOSC is MISB is for toy packed in a box while MOSC is for toy sealed on a card like Hotwheels car. Mostly single tape but Bandai toys nowadays have a few re-tape marks.
  2. MIB = Mint in box. The box is opened for checking the content. The item can sometimes be considered as BIB for some people like item was used for photo shooting.
  3. BIB = Back in box. It is mostly use for describing the toys were used and kept back into the box. Check to make sure everything is complete or any defective parts before purchase the item.
  4. LOOSE = It means no box. This is the most "dangerous" description. It is highly advisable for you to do basic research for the specific toy before you purchase the item such as accessories and parts on the main toy. Check and ensure no missing or broken parts.

I highly recommend you to check the toys thoroughly before purchase. I have had very bad experience with a purchased of BIB toy. I trust the person so did not check on the spot of the deal. In the end, I got a defective SIC Masked Rider figure with broken joints. The seller do not admit the toy was faulty and accuse me broke the figure !!! Do not trust anyone, but always check the item properly.

Cheers & Happy Collecting,

~ WCF Kamen Rider Fourze Fire States (Vol 7)

The third form of Kamen Rider Fourze is fire states. I like the details on his face and the equipment on his body.

The gun is in metallic color. Looking cool!!!

The back view. I did not add any additional color, it still looks great except that I touched up certain silver parts on the back and gun.

A close up view on the figure.

~ WCF Kamen Rider Fourze Base States (Vol 9)

This is the latest released of Fourze from WCF volume 9. He is now equipped with drill weapon.

Looking good. He is cute and detail. Unfortunately, my unit's head suffers a few paint chips. Minor touch up is required for this type of toy.

Check out the details on this small dude. The drill is very detail. I like the belt which is in clear blue.

~ WCF Kamen Rider Fourze Elek States (Vol 7)

I received this item two months ago but don't have time to open it up until yesterday. As usual WCF is prize item in Japan. I bought this separately from a set of 8. It cost me 800yen without shipping. Yeah WCF is quite expensive. I wish I have enough money to collect the whole series.

The details on the head is better than Figuarts.

The box.
