~ Earth Hour is Back !!! Let's support !!!

Today is Earth Hour day. Let us do a small part in helping our mother earth by turning off all your electrical and electronic component for one hour. It is very simple. This is to help reduce the temperature on earth. The temperature increases every year. This event will be done together by every country in the world.

~ Transformers Armada Micron Legend Convoy Optimus Prime (Part 3)

Optimus Prime a.k.a Convoy robot form. This is actually deluxe class. But, I really like him !!! He is definitely one of the best Optimus figure.



Shooting pose. The turrets are removable.


Let's see how pose-able he is...... The articulations are great which are quite close to action figure. There are also ankle and waist armor joints.


Super kick......no problem without stand.


Here I come !!! Optimus has neck joint to allow him look left, right and up !!!



Plug the minicon on the back of Optimus Prime.


Superman wannabe =P



Final comments:

• Great figure with great articulations.
• Plastic is quite solid and heavy.
• Great painting details.
• Head can look up.
• Great packaging.
• Improved version over the "Leader class".
  
• However, I think he still lack of gun or his favorite axe.
• Pricy compared to Hasbro version.
  

~ Transformers Armada Micron Legend Convoy Optimus Prime (Part 2)

Optimus Prime in truck mode. The front grill is sprayed with layer of black paint to mimicked used condition.


Back view. All the wheels are made from plastic.


Transform !!! (First step of transformation is pull down the front grill )


Minicon in Jet mode. The Jet design looks quite nice for such a small figure.


Minicon in gun mode.


Minicon in robot mode. This means this micron has triple change mode !!! Cool. The new Transformers Prime Takara series is reusing this micron idea.
